The investigation of dielectric properties and thermal expansion of ferroelectric PCR-1 in the region of the phase transition

Description
One studied permittivity and thermal expansion of the polarized and the nonpolarized PCR-1 ferroelectric ceramics within 300-700 K temperature range. One revealed the anomalous behaviour of the thermal expansion coefficient within the ferroelectric phase transition range. One analyzed the study results with regard to the peculiar features of the structure of the polar ceramic materials

Исследованы диэлектрическая проницаемость и тепловое расширение поляризованной и неполяризованной сегнетокерамики ПКР-1 в области температур 300-700 К. Обнаружено аномальное поведение коэффициента теплового расширения в области сегнетоэлектрических фазовых переходов.
