Description

The COMET experiment explores new physics beyond the Standard Model of the particle physics by hunting the muon-to-electron conversion process. To achieve the goal of 10,000 times higher sensitivity than the current world record, it is important to develop high-intensity muon beam. We introduce the proton and muon beamline of COMET and the current construction status. (author)
