Fabrication of Y1Ba2Cu3Ox different orientation superconducting films by laser epitaxy method

Description
The work is aimed at fabrication of Y1Ba2Cu3Ox films of different crystallographic orientations on saphire substrates by pulse laser vaporization method and investigation into the effect of film fabrication process regimes on their microstructure and superconducting properties. A possibility of Y1Ba2Cu3Ox film crystallographic orientation control by varying process parameters of their production is shown
