Description
Giant hepatic hemangiomas are entities. They can be symptomatic with pain and increased erythrocyte sedimentation rate. Cholestasis has already been reported. We describe a case of biliary dilatation secondary to a hemorrhagic giant hepatic hemangioma documented on CT and MRI. (authors)
