Retiming of models in dynamics and identification of unknown connection stresses

Description

This paper deals with the dynamical behaviour of structures which can be modelled using the girder theory. The use of exact transfer matrices allows to assume a frequency approach. A sensitivity method associated with a weighted least squares technique is used to solve the problem. The choice for the frequencies used is of prime importance for the convergence, as it is shown in the elementary example proposed. This study is devoted to the analysis of pipe networks and coolant loops of nuclear and non-nuclear electric power production plants. (J.S.). 4 refs., 4 figs
