Study of fragmentation potential for doubly magic 208Pb daughter cluster radioactivity

  • 1. Department of Physics, Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University, Fatehgarh Sahib (India)

Description

In present work, the selected CR decays of different trans-lead parent nuclei are investigated within the collective clusterisation approach of quantum mechanical fragmentation theory (QMFT), specifically, which lead to 208Pb daughter nucleus, always, through emission of clusters 14C, 18,20O, 22Ne, 23F, 24,26Ne, 28,30Mg and 34Si
