Source of ions gaseous and solid matters for mass separator

For an arc source of solid matters of the steams obtaining method of these materials is designed by means of a special crucible - board, which is under a target cathode with a foramen. This method allows to regulate speed of sputtering of solid matter irrespective of drain and without movement of the welding rod, which one is sputtered at the expense of infiltration of gas-discharge plasma into a crucible with actuating medium. Sputtering or vaporization of this actuating medium by ions or electrons are abstracted from plasma. 8 refs.; 2 figs
