Scattering of electrons by hydrogen atoms

Description
We have applied our asymptotic Green function approximation (AGFA) to calculate the integrated cross sections for the elastic as well as the inelastic transitions (1s-1s, 1s-2s, 1s-2psub(m): m=0, +-1) in hydrogen atoms by electron impact. The calculated results are compared with experimental observations and other theoretical predictions. (orig.)
