Establishment and application of critical equipment maintenance archives

The state of critical equipment in nuclear power plant is very important, which directly affects the performance of the unit. Therefore, maintenance of critical equipment is the core work of the maintenance department. However, the state management of critical equipment in power plant is now still imperfect, and it is lack of effective tracking management and analysis of historical data of equipment maintenance, resulting in high defect rate. Therefore, according to defect of valve critical equipment in Fangjiashan unit, this paper expounds the necessity and management method of establishing the maintenance archives for critical equipment. Moreover, instructive significance is provided for tracking subsequent equipment state, formulating the maintenance strategy and analyzing the equipment failure causes. (authors)
