Description
The method SO2 and NOx removal consists in pulsed irradiation across the industrial flue gas stream by means of linear accelerator generated electron beam. The irradiation has been accompanied by microwave pulses added along the axis of irradiation chamber after the e-beam pulses. Simultaneously with e-beam and microwave pulses the continuous stream of microwave energy is being added to the reaction chamber. The results of such combined method gave the better results in the flue gas purification than the classic radiation method
