Research preparation of construction part of nuclear power plants in 1986 - 1990

A survey is presented of the research projects implemented in Czechoslovakia in the period up to the year 1990 for construction work on nuclear power plant sites. The main volume of research work will take place within the research programme ''Research and development preparation of project designing and construction of nuclear sources'' whose overall financial volume is roughly 100 milion crowns. The programme is divided into seven subprogrammes and the contents of the individual subprogrammes are briefly characterized. Also given are four other research tasks oriented to the construction of nuclear power plants with 1000 MW units which do not fall into the said research programme. The continuity is characterized of all research work to the programme of cooperation of the CMEA countries in the field of nuclear power, and concepts are outlined of research programmes for the years 1991 - 2000.
