Photoluminescence study of ammonium tetrabromozincate
Description
Photoluminescence spectra of ammonium tetrabromozincate monocrystals were measured at 303 K and EPR spectra were recorded at 80 K. The influence of X-irradiation on the spectra was investigated. X-irradiation generates new centers in all the crystals, which show a broad and intense absorption band at 460 nm. The emission band at 535 nm at 80 K is attributed to these centres
