Description
Action of X-radiation (600r) the activity of Mg++-ATP-ase and HCO3- - stimulated ATP-ase of the homogenate, nuclei and mitochondria of cells of Ehrlich ascites tumour and ovarian ascites tumour in rats has been investigated. No significant changes in the ATP-ase activity were observed two hours after irradiation. In 24 hours the inhibition of the ATP-ase activity of the nuclei and mitochondria of Ehrlich ascites tumour cells was detected. The ATP-ase acitxvity of the nuclei and mitochondria of cells of the ovarian tumour was stimulated 24 hours after the exposure
