Organic lesion of the brain in persons suffered as a result of the disaster at the Chernobyl NPS

Description

In general somatic hospital, 215 patients of both sexes at the age from 34 to 55 with diagnosis 'Discircular encephalopathy' were investigated. From this number, 38 people had acute radiation sickness in 1986. On the grounds of the obtained data, it was established that, according to the leading syndromes of disease, they can be divided in such a way: cerebrosthenic (emotionally labile [asthenic]disorders - F 06.6), psychopatho-like (F 06.6 and organic disorders of personality - F 07.0), psychoorganic (F 06.6, F 07.0, organic amnesic syndrome - F 04, dissociative F 06.5 and mild cognitive disorders F 06.7) according to the international classification of diseases ICD - 10
