Description
Following Cortan's analysis of the Poincare group, the properties of the Lagrangian describing extended relativistic particles are analyzed. Three classical different independent internal types of rotation are identified, corresponding respectively to spin 1.1/2 and zero. The properties of the rotation are discussed. (author)
