The panel discussion including the participation of the auditorium mainly focused on aspects of radiation protection, criteria for the testing of transport packagings as well as on technical and economic aspects of decommissioning. The discussion confirmed the fact that the system of the transport of radioactive materials generally has proved to be safe, so that actual questions derived from the ongoing development of the design of packaging systems can be solved satisfactory. Die anschliessende Podiumsdiskussion mit Beitraegen aus dem Auditorium hatte die Schwerpunkte Strahlenschutzaspekte, Transportbehaelterpruefkriterien sowie technische und wirtschaftliche Gesichtspunkte der Entsorgung. Die Diskussion bestaetigte grundsaetzlich, dass sich das System des Transportes radioaktiver Stoffe bewaehrt hat, so dass auch anstehende Fragen, die sich aus der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung ergeben, einer Loesung im Sinne des Systems zugefuehrt werden koennen.
