Growth of YBa2Cu3O7-x single crystals from Al2O3 crucibles
Creators
- 1. Dept. de Physique de la Matiere Condensee, Univ. de Geneve (Switzerland)
Description
The influence of flux composition and temperature gradient on the size, perfection and superconducting properties of YBa2Cu3O7-x single crystals grown in A12O3 is reported. Lamellar flux inclusions due to hopper growth are found. The authors observe a correlation between flux composition and final superconducting properties
