On the Bloch-Siegert shift in magnetic resonances

Description

The object of this paper is to obtain the expression for the Bloch-Siegert shift in magnetic resonance experiments, directly from the evolution in time of the system. The analysis adopted in this paper is applicable to elements having arbitrary magnetic moment. (author)
