Chiral Lagrangian approach to hadronic decays of a τ-lepton

Description

Hadronic decays of a τ-lepton are considered within the framework of phenomenological chiral Lagrangians. Decays into final states involving η-mesons are described by taking into account isotopic violation of chiral symmetry in the Oakes scheme. The calculated branching ratios of decays are compared with the available theoretical and experimental data. 23 refs., 4 figs., 1 tab
