Equilibrium plasma configurations in a dipole magnetic field
Description
Precise analytical solution describing the equilibrium plasma configurations within the planar magnetic field is obtained. The effort results may be used to investigate into dynamic processes in the magnetosphere tail, as well as, to investigate into the solar corona. 13 refs., 1 fig
