A measurement of the beta asymmetry in neutron decay with PERKEO II
Description
The recent measurement of the electron asymmetry in neutron decay using the spectrometer PERKEO II is presented. In a preliminary analysis we arrive at the following result: A=-0.1189(8), implying λ=-1.2740(21)
