Electron state spectra density of YBa2Cu3Ox. Samples at laser-stimulated oxygen desorption
- 1. Leningradskij Gosudarstvennyj Univ., Leningrad (Russian Federation). Nauchno-Issledovatel'skij Fizicheskij Inst.
Description
The paper presents the results investigations into energy dependence of full current of secondary electrons of YBa2Cu3Ox-sample surfaces under laser-induced desorption from the surface. The desorption occurred under the impact of single radiation pulses of neodymium laser with simultaneous mass-spectrometric recording of desorption component. Oxygen yield under laser pulses impacts is controlled. A conclusion is made that decrease of oxygen concentration in the near-surface region of the samples significantly improves the density of unoccupied states located 1.5-2.5 eV higher than Fermi level
