Description
The Gamow-Teller strength, M1 strength and the strength of the sigmatsub(+) operator are evaluated in the TDA and RPA for 60Ni, 90Zr and 208Pb. The one particle-one hole space is complete and includes the continuum, enabling us to evaluate the escape width of the resonances. The influence of the RPA correlations on the strength in the three modes is discussed in detail. (orig.)
