Phase transformation in magnetic system of La0,67Ca0,33MnO3 manganite thin films
Description
Temperature dependence of the resistance R(T) and magnetoresistance R(B) of thin manganite La0,67Ca0,33MnO3 films have been investigated. Deficiency of oxygen ions results in the coexistence of clusters with ferromagnetic, antiferromagnetic as well as paramagnetic types of the magnetic order. A modified Ising model has been proposed which takes into account the frozen magnetic disorder and provides an acceptable fit of theoretical and experimental R(T) and R(B) dependences. (authors)
