Description
These regulations were published in the Turkish Official Gazette of 19 August 1978 and were made pursuant to Decree no. 7/9141 of 1975 on licensing of nuclear installations which established the Nuclear Safety Committee. They determine the duties and responsibilities of the Committee, its qualifications, its operating principles and its relations with the Nuclear Safety Assistance Service set up in the Turkish Atomic Energy Commission for the purposes of assisting its Secretary General. The regulations also lay down the procedures to be applied for consultations on granting licences. (NEA)

Le present Reglement a ete publie au Journal Officiel Turc du 19 aout 1978, en application du Decret no. 7/9141 de 1975 sur l'autorisation des installations nucleaires, qui portait notamment creation d'un Comite de la securite nucleaire. Le Reglement fixe les devoirs et responsabilites du Comite, ses pouvoirs, ses conditions de travail ainsi que ses relations avec le Service d'assistance en matiere de surete nucleaire etabli au sein de la Commission turque de l'energie atomique en vue d'assister le Secretaire general de la Commission. Le present Reglement prescrit egalement les procedures a suivre au sujet des consultations prealables a la delivrance des autorisationsFiles
