Description
Two-photon partial decay widths of neutral kaons are calculated in the quark-loop model (the QL model). The effective lagrangian describing the strangeness changing is taken in a form accounting for QCD interaction. The amplitudes for the decays Ksub(L)->2sub(γ) and Ksub(S)->2sub(γ) are defined by pole and contact diagrams. Pole diagrams are due to the interchanging of the O--meson π0, the eta and eta', and the O+-meson epsilon(700). The main contribution to the amplitudes for the decay Ksub(L,S)->2sub(γ) comes from Q6-operator matrix elements which satisfy theΔI=1/2 rule. (orig.)
