Description
The influence of boron on the superconductivity of the heavy-fermion superconductor UPt3 has been studied by resistivity measurements. In the annealed samples, a shift of the Tc value is observed from 530 mK in pure UPt3 up to 600 mK in the boron added samples. This is the first experimental evidence that the Tc of UPt3 can be increased by adding impurities. (orig.)
