Observation of regions of YBa2Cu3O7-x with different Tc using electron microscope

Description
The earlier proposed methods are applied for visualization of regions with different Tc in YBa2Cu3O7-x films. The method is based on using a sharp dependence of the superconductor specific resistivity on the temperature in the region of transition into a superconducting state. Regions with different critical temperatures and superconducting current flow lines with the resolution of the order of 2 μm are visualized in YBa2Cu3O7-x films for the first time using a scanning electron microscope
