Synthesis of perovskite LaCu1-xNixO2.5+δ with high content of the Cu3+ cations
Description
The results of X-ray diffraction and thermoanalytical investigations on oxygen-deficient perovskite-like compound LaCu1-xNLixO2.5+δ (where 0.15 <= x <= 0.40 and 0 <= δ 0.29) are given. HIgh content of Cu3+ cations in low-temperature phase and jump and reversible change in oxygen content at ∼ 500 deg C are characteristic properties of this compound. New intermediate according to oxygen phase (δ = 0.14) with cubic lattice is found. 12 refs.; 2 figs
