The latest advances in HPGe spectrometer and its applications

Description

The HPGe spectrometer has been used in a wide variety of applications for γ emitter of the samples from the environment and the effluent of nuclear facilities. The conventional HPGe spectrometer has some limits with hardware and software, which make its applications troublesome. The latest advances, the broad energy Ge detector and LabSOCS (Laboratory Sourceless Calibration Software), have shown an excellent solution with the most flexible way of lab sample assay and in situ object counting from the technical and economical standpoint
