Influence of deformation, heating and cooling conditions on steel properties in high temperature range of brittleness
Creators
Description
Influence of temperature and deformation on the process of welding to the base metal and possibilities of its improving its resistance to hot crack formation are investigated for carbon and chromium steels. It is shown that metal fracture under loading is possible both at the stage of cooling and at the stage of heating. Cooling and heating rates affect deformation ability of the metal within the temperature range of brittleness
