Multiparticle tunneling in the field electron emission from Bi2CaSr2Cu2O8

Description
The studies results on the statistics of the field electron emission (FEE) from the Bi2CaSr2Cu2O8 oxide superconductor are considered. The multielectron tunneling by FEE is identified. The analysis of the spectral curves and FEE statistics dependence on the experimental conditions is carried out. The possible mechanism of the multiparticle effect is discussed

Рассмотрены результаты исследования статистики полевой электронной эмиссии (ПЭЭ) из оксидного сверхпроводника Bi2CaSr2Cu2O8. Обнаружено многоэлектронное туннелирование при ПЭЭ.
