Departmental Performance Monitoring Through Data Visualization

The Department is building a performance monitoring approach through a series of dashboards visualizing existing Departmental data, including from the MOSAIC apps. These dashboards support decision-making and provide insights from data. They are shared across Divisions to assist in monitoring indicators of Departmental performance that can be used for review by senior management and further investigation by staff. They span a wide range of safeguards activities and can quickly identify outlying data and behaviors, even if ill defined. (author)
