Microscopic nucleon-nucleus optical potentials at intermediate energies
Description
Based on the Bonn potential as the realistic nucleon-nucleon (NN) interaction and the Dirac-Brueckner-Hartree-Fock (DBHF) approach for nuclear matter, we derive the microscopic nucleon-nucleus optical potential at intermediate energies. The present results are compared with those of the Dirac phenomenology, the relativistic impulse approximation and the Walecka model (QHD-1). The bulk properties of the optical potential are also compared with the available empirical data. (Author)
