Nitride base coatings of the Kh18N10T steel components produced by KIB method
Description
Condensation of plasma flows, generated by a vacuum-arc source in the nitrogen atmosphere (P=0.07 Pa) has been used to produce the coatings on the base of the Kh18N10T steel. The possibility of the formation of nitrides, changes of the condensate phase composition and their microhardness depending on ion energy is shown
