Molecular-cellular mechanisms of low doses biological action

Description
There are many data on the relatively early physiological and biochemical reactions on low-dose irradiation in different biological systems (viruses, bacteriums, protozoa, insects, mammalians and plants). The effects, mainly stimulating, were observed also on isolated mammalian cells, cultured in vitro. The latter are one of the most adequate models for studying processes, induced by irradiation in mammalians, including men. It is concluded that the fluorescent methods of estimating pH and cell metabolic activity can be used to work out a method for detection of early low-dose-induced effects, and also for primary evaluation of these irradiation biological risks.
