Mass-shell infrared singularities of gauge theories
Description
The structure of infrared singularities in S matrix elements of gauge theories is considered with a view toward making progress on the confinement problem. It is noted that this work has its origin in perturbation theory, so it is necessary to add an infrared cutoff by hand in order that the theory exist
