Composition dependence of the compensation of neutron-doped Si/sub 1-x/Ge/sub x/ alloys

A theoretical calculation is made of the composition x = x0 at which complete compensation is achieved as a result of formation of various donor and acceptor impurities by transmutation of germanium and silicon due to reactions with moderated reactor neutrons
