Decree for supervision authority according to the Atomic Energy Law (1956:306), etc

Statens kaernkraftinspektion will have the supervision of the observance of the atomic energy law. The government assigns to Statens kaernkraftinspektion to consider applications for permission to 1. acquire, possess, convey, work up or in another way to concern oneself with pure uranium, plutonium or thorium or compounds which contain these metals. 2. export pure uranium, plutonium or thorium or alloys, compounds or mixtures which contain these metals.
