Formation of V(Nb) - C - N - O solid solutions
Creators
Description
Computerized calculations are performed that simulate equilibrium states in the V2O3(NbO2)+nsub(C)C+nsub(N)Nsub(2) systems, where nsub(C)=1-5.0; nsub(N)=0.25-2500 moles in cases of different pressure (9.81x10-2 and 4.9x10-1 MPa) in the 600-3000 K temperature range with the formation of solid perfect MeC-MeN-MeO solutions. Phase compositions of solid solutions are determined. Temperature ranges of their stability depending on T, nsub(C), nsub(N) are determined
