Electrical properties of TlSmS2(Se2,Te2) compounds

Description
Temperature dependences of electric conductivity of Hall coefficients and thermal - e. m. f. of the compounds TlSmS2 (Se2, Te2) are investigated in the range of 300-1100 K. Voltampere characteristics of TlSmTe2 are studied. It is shown that over the whole temperature range of the studies TlSmX2 compounds possess conductivity of the p-type
