On the behaviour of radiation-induced defects at Stages I and II in Fe-Cr concentrated alloys. Pt. 1: The effect of alloying on the Stage-II recovery of the residual resistivity

The recovery of the residual resistivity was studied in the temperature range 130 - 210 K in Fe-13.4 at.% Cr alloys containing 0.6 at.% Ti or 1.9 at.% Si and in 1Kh13 steel after electron irradiation at 100 - 120 K. Alloying was found to suppress peaks in the residual-resistivity recovery spectrum above 170 K. Considering this fact as a result of the interaction between interstitial and alloying atoms, the migration length of the interstitials in the alloys is estimated. (author)
