High-frequency dimensional effects in thin metallic films

Description
It is shown that when analyzing experimental data on microwave absorption by thin (∼0.1 mkm) films of high-tc superconductors one should take into account dimensional factors of absorption inherent to metallic films having low conductivity and sprayed on dielectric substrates
