A first report proposes an inventory of present regulatory constraints (national and territorial regulations) on minor geothermal projects, describes the mapping methodology, and proposes sheets containing identification information and data and detailed comments for different hazards (different types of subsidence and collapse, landslide, seismic hazard, potential pollution related to ancient industrial sites and service activities, pollution of soils and underground waters, artesian condition, communication between aquifers, groundwater rise). The second one contains new elements introduced in 2015 in the French regulation on geothermal installations of minor importance. Three reports contain the same kind of information as the first one and, in the different sheets, maps of the different risks and hazards in the case of three French regions. The last document reports a mission performed on closed heat exchangers which aimed at inspecting probe loops and connections in order to assess possible discrepancies or non-compliancies with respect to mandatory technical requirements, and at establishing, if possible, recommendations to bring into conformity, or, should the occasion occur, conditions of abandonment
