Quality standards provided by the X-ray Ordinance

In 1988 the workshop for quality standards and controls has come to a final decision concerning the guidelines of quality control clearance that will have to be applied generally. The standards mandated for quality release are discussed in brief, with attention being drawn to the fact that the relevant quality tests and certificates of release by an expert are generally required only once for every individual X-ray machine. The key issue in permanent quality assurance is that such quality controls are performed regular intervals. The regulatory authorities of all Federal States have requested the owners of X-ray machines manufactured at an earlier time to have the necessary quality controls carried out by acknowledged experts.
