Description
The significant experimental and theoretical developments in chemical synthesis systems (CSS) and nuclear pumped lasers (NPL) are reviewed. Applications for both CSS's and NPL's are given. CSS's may be applied in non-fossil based production of feedback chemicals and synfuel production. Applications of NPL's include, laser isotope separation, fusion, rocket propulsion, power transmission, photochemistry, and aircraft propulsion. (author)
