Deposition of HTSC textured coatings of the Bi-system by gas-thermal methods
Description
BiSrCaCuO composition coatings are produced by gas-detonation method and basic technological parameters and conditions of HTSC coatings synthesis into nonoriented substrate of different shape are ascertained. The most notable effect of annealing is manifested in the critical current density. Of prior to annealing the critical current density does not exceed 102 A/cm2, an increase of the given parameter up to 3 x 103 A/cm2 is observed after it. 5 refs.; 3 figs
