Description
A very sharp peak is observed in e+e- annihilation at 3.095+-0.005GeV. The total width is GAMMA=77+-19keV. Lepton pair angular distribution and interference effects with electrodynamic lepton pairs production support a spin parity assignment 1- for psi(3.1). Comparison of the relative abundance of exclusive multipion final states on and below the resonance suggests a negative G parity and an isospin zero
