Description

We discuss a three flavour neutrino model with a conserved non-standard lepton number L±=Le±(Lμ-Lτ). In this frame, flavour oscillations and magnetic moment transition can both occur and at the same time this involves only one mass scale. We show that the model can account for the results of both the Chlorine and the Kamioka experiments. In addition the conservation law provides naturally a total suppression of the anti νe flux from the sun. (orig.)
