Scintillation effect in close electron-atom collisions at molecular channeling
Description
Molecular (111) planar channeling of fast electrons in solicon is considered. Probabilities of electron localization along the plane channel section, probabilities of molecular quantum state occupation, orientation and energy dependencies of close electron-atom collision yield, are calculated. Scintillation effect in the yield of close collisions is predicted
